Costa Rica Yoga Surfing
I want to buy an income producing surf / yoga "hotel" in Costa Rica, where do I start for a loan?
I am a woman with excellent credit and I currently do not have my name on the deed of any other property in the United States or elsewhere. I am interested in purchasing a table Surf / Yoga Guest House in Costa Rica on the beach. How can I withdraw funds? Are there special loans for women business owners purchase a property business abroad?
You have no money U.S. To do this, no one pays for housing outside of its legal competence. You will use a bank in Costa Rica. Expect to pay an advance Cash at least 40%. (As in the United States)
