After reading the book by author Dan Buettner blue areas, I became both inspired and amazed. In the blue zone, Buettner said that people who lived not more than life, but also happier and healthier. These "blue zones" were slightly more dispersed our great country – Sardinia (Italy), Okinawa (Japan), Loma Linda (California), and Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula are all considered as a blue zone.
Discouraged, I looked at my world map, knowing it would be a stretch to think he could go to these remote locations, short term. So I thought, What are the common denominators in these areas may "blue?" The answers were surprisingly simple.
The most obvious common factor was the food that we put into our bodies. I think it's really nothing new. If you can not grow their own food – buy organic! Prepare from scratch. Almost all the blue areas that people ate little or no animal products (Including fish and dairy products in some places). There was a higher than normal amount of calcium in most diets of these populations. Although it occurred naturally in drinking water, we can achieve this by taking calcium and magnesium supplements with vitamin D. .. or preferably a good dose of sunshine. The way in which food intake also appears to be involved. The Nicoya, especially large meals are consumed the morning and dinner each declined as the day progressed. When you think about it, makes sense. We humans naturally produce melatonin in the dark. The Melatonin is what helps us sleep well. Any kind of stimulus, including food, the natural progression alters our sleep – and start the strong wind at below.
Another key to a long and healthy life is staying active. No, we can not all farms and hoe – a task that also functions as a tool for building the biceps and quadriceps. Maintaining these large muscle groups (quadriceps, biceps, and chest) is essential for successful aging. Fractures hip and knee are the major evils in people over 65 years. However, in the Blue Zone map, citizens of 98, 99 and even 104 years old, were walking landscaping, including a cruise along the streets on their bikes easily. There are simple exercises that we can all To address these href = "http://www.costaricasurfguru.com/category/blue-zone"> specific benefits that farmers in Costa Rica does. Squat simple, for example, give your legs the maintenance they need to support our heavy bodies as we age.
Take care! discussions on Buettner how the heart surgeon 95 years age still go to work every day! He did not pressure Jones to follow! It works because he wants – Because it is still a challenge to your brain. They are not intended to be stagnant. And on that note … stress free … easier said than do right? These people in the blue areas seem to have family and friends continuously nearby. They were having fun. Letting go. There is a definite link of spiritualism as well. What the people of Okinawa in Japan, or Seventh Day Adventists Loma Linda, California, ritual forms of recognition have been important and put into practice. Seems useless to worry about people who went to the notion of something more themselves, pulling the strings. Residents of these regions share a common blue – they are all very different in their lives, able to enjoy every minute of his sanctity.
These are concrete goals! Good luck! Long Live! Be happy and healthy!
