What are fun things to do in Costa Rica?

We're going for a week or two in December. We love the wildlife, especially birds, and if anyone of you have been to all the tours or bird watching sanctuaries we want to hear.

I went to Costa Rica a few years, and almost none of the national parks have what you are looking for. I went to Manuel Antonio National Park nature walk, you can get a guide who knows the park well and can shoot the wildlife, they also carry a telescope / binoculars that kind of thing, so you can see wildlife up close. If you are interested in birds, just let the guide know and he points out, all the guides speak English. Is a tour company http://www.costaricanbirdroute.com/ bird that is specific tourism, and some units separate tours available.
