What is the best Caribbean island to work as a wedding photographer?

I am a professional wedding photographer in the Midwest. I shot several weddings in the Caribbean and Mexico, and I want to go to the Caribbean in 2010, to pursue my career in wedding photography. In Initially I thought the U.S. Virgin Islands because of citizenship issues, but now I think also in Costa Rica because of the low cost of living. I want to make so that every time you move a target popular for weddings so you can keep busy. Whenever I decide I'm going for 2-3 months this year getting used to the next location, etc. My plan of work for me but I'm open to also receive a second work p / t somewhere on the island. Wherever you decide to go .. you'll need a business license and permits and documents work. business license fees are sometimes considerable. Some places are not. As a second job … Most Caribbean islands have an unemployment rate high and not allow foreigners to take jobs from locals .. Again .. work permits can be expensive .. depending where is .. and what you're looking to do. Costa Rica is not really a low cost of living for those who want the comfort is not at all. It is quite expensive for foreigners. Do your homework before you remove the roots.
