Do I need shots / vaccinations for Costa Rica?
Is there something you absolutely must get before you go? Thank you!
Not that they do not. Some people get vaccinated against the flu, but Costa Rica is more or less free of all diseases. I never taken anything when I go down. For more information came to the CDC link below http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/destinationCostaRica.aspx
