What is a nice complex in Costa Rica?

My plan is to go there this summer with four families and many teenagers and children under 12 years as well. I want a hotel that offers up at the airport, if possible, and many activities. I know everyone enjoy the diving, especially .. Another thing is that the caves and sites that are only found near the hotel, things like the beach, parties in sport nightlife and water as the water jet and water skiing. Horse riding and other things that would be so large as hiking and stuff, but the complex should be pretty PLEASE.
