Costa Rica Recipes Gallo Pinto

Does anyone have suggestions on how to make a murderer gallo pinto?
Gallo Pinto I have not had since I went to Costa Rica third year, and has recently been impressive progress in it. pretty simple dish but I want to do well. There are a few recipes scattered through the Internet, but I notice a local or someone who knows a lot about the cuisine of Costa Rica. What type of rice is best? What should I use the pepper? Is it possible that I can find the Salsa Lizano without a headache, or should I use Worcestershire sauce piquant or replacement?
Gallo Pinto 1 pound (450 gr.) From black beans. Fresh are best, but most likely you are sec. 8-10 branches coriander (cilantro) or fresh frozen, dried it! 1 small onion or ½ medium yellow, red or small pepper (optional) 3 cups (700 ml) chicken broth or water 2 cups (350 ml) ½ c. white rice teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil 1-3 tbsp oil for frying Gallo Pinto If the beans are dry, cover with water and soak overnight, if they are fresh, just out of place. Drain beans and add water fresh one inch (2.5 cm) above the beans, salt and bring to a boil. Cover pan and reduce over low heat until the beans simmer very soft (~ 3:00). Chop the onion, coriander and sweet pepper very fine. Add 1 tablespoon oil in skillet and sauté the dry rice for 2 minutes over medium-high heat, then add half the onion chopped pepper and cilantro and cook for 2 minutes. Once the rice and beans are cooked, you can refrigerate or freeze. Keep quantity important water "black" with beans (½ -1 cup 120-240 ml). This gives the rice its color and some of its flavors.
