desserts Costa Rica?

I looked everywhere to find food of Costa Rica (similar recipes) and I have to do a project for tomorrow. I want dessert. I wanted to make dulce de leche, but I have time? What are good desserts that I can make you really only need ingredients base?

Deluca is an easy recipe that I found milk in one of my books. 14 oz condensed milk 14 ounces evaporated milk Combine milk in a heavy saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 30-35 minutes. until thick and caramel colored.Use a large saucepan and mix tends to overflow. Serve over ice cream or pancakes, cakes or says it serves 6
