All San Jose, Costa Rica? (Or were there)?

Heyy, so I'm going to Costa Rica on Saturday for the holidays. I will spend three days in San Jose before going to the house of the Arenal Volcano. I was wondering if someone could suggest things to do and see? I will join Tours for the most part, I have a few adventures Canopy, Isla Tortuga, rafting, etc., but there are things I'm doing things? I also want to know if the city, there are shops / museums / restaurants that would be good to visit in San Jose. Thank you!
