Manuel Antonio vs. arenal rafting rafting?

I'm going to Costa Rica in a few days. I've never been whitewater rafting. I'm looking for rafting class 2-3. Would rather go rafting in Arenal and Manuel Antonio? It is also an option for a better Monteverde rafting?

I went to CR in June and rafting with a company Iguana Tours near Manuel Antonio. I had never been rafting before and no one was around 60% of other people. It was a class 3-4 (I signed up for the 2-3, but was apparently the only, if we were all at 3-4). I very afraid. But these guys have been amazingly good at what they do. They covered all the safety issues and when people have decreased all rafts have worked together to get the boys were young and fun, but when it became clear they were serious was experts in what they do. I recommend this tour company – and certainly I have nothing that compares – but as a timer before you talk with another first timer – I can not say enough good things about these guys.
