They would do better to legalize prostitution, since it would tend to reduce significantly?
high crimes sex we have here? Prostitution is legal in Costa Rica and sex crimes are almost unknown these are crimes against Chidren!
I am not agree that the rate of sexual crime is reduced because of prostitution, sexual crimes are not about sex. They have to do with the display of power. Sexual crimes against children will not be solved by prostitiution, as offenders are pedophiles. They like boys ….. not women. This is as a hamburger when you want a steak offeing. Look at other reasons for the crime rate. Also, check their rates of sexually transmitted diseases. While prostitution is legal in Nevada, there are also laws concerning the control and use protection against STDs. I doubt that Costa Rica is so strict.
