Since the U.S. has the best health care 37 in the world, why try to change it?

Currently, we are right between Costa Rica and Cuba's health care. Colombia, Singapore and Saudi Arabia have better health care than we do. It is also worth noting that the U.S. has a very low life expectancy, and mortality wholesale baby, which are evidently the results of our "great health care. Why try to change it?"
