Costa Rica News Spanish

How is the current state of security in Samara, Costa Rica?
I hope to be traveling to Samara, Costa Rica more later this year for an extended period time to study Spanish and volunteer with an organization. I would like more details on this area. It is rural, and non-tourism. I am fully aware that there is a drug problem if major deal in Mexico and South America. Besides that I will not try to buy drugs and how it is common kidnaps in this area? Are they safe here for a young woman traveling in a group? News articles are welcome … I some difficulties in finding and evidence would be more credible … Thank you!
Samara is very safe. It is a small seaside town but its really cool and a fun place to hang out at night, and here are some of hip-hop Olas Association. A large number of university students from the States and Germany to hang there, its right to water. The problems that occur in Mexico and South America are far from CR. Costa Rica has not these problems, it is a very safe country. Costa Rica protects its citizens and visitors, we offer an exchange student many ODF, we have not the military, our economy depends heavily on tourism, we have the second largest tropical forest in the world so that the country wouldnt encourage users to tolerate removed or something like that.
