Trip to Manuel Antonio Costa Rica?
Me and my girlfriend are planning a trip to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica in August. My question is about the currency … must use the money from the United States or have been converted into local currency?
In the first place. . . Congratulations go to one the most beautiful in the world (IMHO). I got married two years ago, and is certainly the most beautiful place I have been. . . and I'm pretty well traveled. But I digress. Yes, change your money before you go, or use your credit card purchases (which is the best exchange rate is reached). If you arrive in San Jose, exchange your money. There is really only semi-practical, a bank in Manuel Antonio, and there are Guards with automatic rifles. Pura Vida!
