Costa Rica Map Beaches
I'm going to Costa Rica, the Pacific coast at the last minute. any information?
I am going alone. I went through the Grand Canyon, and I am looking for the next adventure. zip rainforest? The beaches, food, housing, perhaps. good maps. thank you
I lived in Costa Rica for two years. In my opinion, the north-west is the fun part of the country. Depending on how long you have, you can visit many places in a relatively short time. Arenal and the hot springs are a must. You can also go windsurfing on Lake Arenal on the cheap too. From there you can go some Monteverde cloud forest of action, then in Tamarindo for a scene of the beach. This would make the trip back to San Jose a little longer, but worthwhile. Otherwise, flights in and out of Liberia. You can take a bus everywhere and not take most of the time.
