Best Costa Rica Garmin GPS Map Android iPhone?

Looking for a map of Costa Rica for my Garmin GPS, iPhone or other Android device. I need one that has with hotels, restaurants, a means (San Jose can be very difficult to drive), roads to surf spots, turn turn directions, voice commands in Spanish or English, the trails of Manuel Antonio, Arenal, Monteverde and all points of tourist attractions – Parks, beaches and volcanoes.
