External calls to my cell phone?

I received two calls were the number of foreigners and 506-222-07672 similar one. I do not answer the calls, fearing that this could be a scam that somehow are able to use the connection for calls distance. (I think I read somewhere) Anyway, when I looked up foreign code (506) said it was Costa Rica. Is anyone know of a scam targeting cell phones Costa Rica or any foreign scam numbers used to call cell phones America? Perhaps someone has a calling card and called the wrong number which could explain two different numbers, but similar to my cell. I do not want to answer and somehow wrong. Has anyone had this problem with the number of foreigners that your cell phone and if so, who was in Costa Rica?

I received calls from this number, etc.. I told him and so far I havent been scam by anyone. answer when it is a recording saying "my car warranty is about to expire "…. then replace because I did not even have a car! I never heard the full recording, but I know that if u try to call the # back, and marking the first, the operator says the call can not cross, because it is invalid #.
