Costa Rica Language Immersion

Does anyone know of a Spanish immersion program and reasonably good for the summer 2008 in high school?

I'll be 18 years and were high school this summer and I want to go somewhere in Latin America like Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, or for me to be better in Spanish and travel to a new place. I took four years of Spanish in high school and I want to continue to learn the language. I'd rather not be with a group of fourteen and fifteen years and want to be in a room of the house with his family to go to most cultural experience. The names of the programs?
