August to February to volunteer work – Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru or Venezuela?

Hi, I intend to Volunteer in Latin America between August and February I enjoy the weekends free to leave my job for the city, I'm not looking for a lifestyle crazy, but I'm 24 and I want a drink with other young people. It would also be surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Note that generally an allergic reaction from the saltwater. Between August and February, wheres the best place to go view of the foregoing. Thank you.

If you are an American let me say that this is a warning to Americans not to go to Venezuela because of problems with President Chavez Rica. Costa is a very beautiful, however, I would go to Peru because you will have the opportunity to visit the highlands, especially Cuzco and Machu Picchu and many elsewhere. Peru has three distinct natural regions, coast, mountains and jungle to give you more places to visit. In addition, You have beautiful places in Miraflores and the Irish pub where good people meet and have a drink with them. There are many charities you can help, Caritas, the Hogar de Cristo, etc.
