I think I went to Costa Rica in March for a week of kite surfing and want hear from someone who has some experience or have not done before … Places to go? cheaper to buy / rent here or where the U.S.? housing? college or a young professional scene? I speak Spanish (Spanish type), and some tourists want to know more and, finally, some local. Thoughts? Thank you!
