Costa Rica Kidnapping
Italy is thought to indict 26 people who helped the CIA kidnap an Italian?
If employees refuse to receive the CIA in Italy bad for Italy to remove and bring them to justice in Italy? What if men are not on the territory of the United States (Vacation Costa Rica and elsewhere, for example) at the time?
