Costa Rica to help! I want to live there! :) ?

Well, I really want to go to Costa Rica, one day, but when they move their im going to be as my 20's. What is the best place to live? Im going to have a college diploma in four years, I'm blond, blue eyes, and enjoy nature and li haveing fun! Like a good nightlife! When I'm gone I do not like Jaco Monteverde. also speaks Spanish fluently by then (I hope!) And really I love it:) so what would be the best place for me to live? Alos what the children do not think hair blond blue-eyed girls? So all other things I should know to be very nice shape! Thank you!

Blonde, blue-eyed girls, particularly youth, are considered here as cornea. It is easy to find someone, but his encounter with a real disadvantage. (In fact, all students foreigners here start with a similar disability and sight justified in part, people behave very differently when holidays and do a lot of things they would never do at home, thank you God.) It is better to be rich when coming here. If you want to be a millionaire in Costa Rica, you must enter the country with two million dollars. The country is very expensive in most things, especially Americans consider normal. Electronics cost more here than abroad. Gringo food is steep. gringo standards housing is moderate to strong. The health care through the public system is good and cheap, but private care increases faster than the government encourages. (It is beyond the reach of many Costa Ricans for many procedures that were cheap ago years, as the price for wealthy foreigners.) work legally in the country working illegally is difficult and sometimes very expensive jail time and legal fees, especially if the authorities or his lawyer can connect to the money through your family or friends. No better place than here or elsewhere, is a personal choice. But if you go to stretch the laws that are best suited to Jaco or large cities. Keep in mind that it is difficult to work legally for a wage or salary who has owned a business, then start a business on what you want and rental ticos some work. This way, you can work too hard and take a share of revenues and profits. If pay their workers properly, you have no trouble. There are some areas where this idea does not apply (medicine, law, etc.) but is generally acceptable.
