I live in Costa Rica for a couple of months.?

I am a web developer looking for a place to stay in Costa Rica. Maybe in October and November. The ideal would be to rent an apartment or small house with a full kitchen with room for two. My brother is with me. These are things that are important to me in that order. Near some good surfing rather than walking to the beach. A decent internet connection. Walking or biking distance of a grocery store or local farmers market. enough people with the tourists. And that's all. I do not need restaurants and nightlife. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Not too hard to find, but the connection "Internet" could be a problem, which are known to be highly questionable, at best, especially in rural CR, who seem to prefer – which as I understand.
