Costa Rica, the immigration laws are going to change in August '06?
From my experience in Costa Rica was able to stay in the country indefinitely without resident status by the introduction of a tourist visa and simply leave the country for three days every 90 days, and then re-enter with a tourist visa. I was told by someone at the consulate in London, perhaps tougher laws in August to prevent people from doing that. Is this true? Could someone fill me in more detail?
