Costa Rica Illnesses
What kind of health precautions are necessary to go to Costa Rica and Tanzania?
I could go to Costa Rica and / or Tanzania in the fall. If I Costa Rica, I will be the city with a group of tourists in the rainforest. If I go to Tanzania, I will volunteer in a village Rural in the central-north 5000 feet to help the construction. Does anyone know what types of diseases that need to protect myself these two countries? Besides, what I can do to stay healthy in my travels? I've never been to a Third World before, so it might be a something new for me. Thank you. Traveler.
