Costa Rica Gps Garmin
All use a Garmin 660 in Costa Rica?
Downloaded a Garmin GPS map 660 for me … They recommended a series of …… use per person from a Garmin Florida, there ?……. On my way Friday in …….. February
Without knowing what you want the GPS (Way of car, bike or hiking, etc.) I understand from a VC friend who did a lot of bike tail, CR Garmin map is that some of his colleagues bike once. However, keep in mind, may be "something" in the exact position (GPS), but not in the sense if you know what I mean. Lead VC is an experience in itself. My friend told me it is not uncommon for the GPS to tell you to turn right and next thing you know you are heading in the opposite direction by a one way street. Or say you're on a road / track, when in fact you're standing in the middle a stream. And road conditions that change seems to be every day, especially when it rains. The recent earthquake caused many rodeos and will not be programmed into the GPS. And there are many paths that roads are a necessity to take to get to a point A to B, which are not scheduled the GPS. If you plan to use to drive, you should be fine, but if you're planning a bike path or walking, the good sense tells you that it is always better to get a local map and / or hire a guide.
