Costa Rica Friendly
I'm looking for a place to retire in two years.?
I'm in the U.S., and want a friendly atmosphere and the nature (individualism), rather than leaving the retreat States. I looked in a country like Costa Rica, but they want a $ 100,000 – And I only. Any suggestions where I can live comfortably about nice people. I prefer warmner climates, but open to anyone really if it looks good. I have a wife and a daughter.
Veracruz, Mexico. A friend of the United States has built a house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, tiled whole house for $ 25,000.00 for labor and materials. He has a housekeeper / maid and gardener must be nice!
