Surf trip to Costa Rica, want to charter boat fishing too …?

I'm going to Costa in a surf trip in early October, and I wonder on how to obtain a fishing boat that took me when I'm there. Most likely I'll be Pavones / Matapalo, but could end up in Hermosa Black or Playa … responses from people with experience in the field of Pavones be more useful. Does anyone have experience getting a boat fishing?
