Could it be accepted in the VMI?

I'm still checking the universities of Virginia and VMI hear is very good. So before calling to arrange a visit and interview, I really want to know if they have a chance. I have a 2.9 average, she graduated high school in another country, speak Spanish, English, Portuguese and some, while in high school I took English, geography, Spanish higher education, physics, French, computers, mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, social sciences, education civic art, American history, world history, government and economy. I would say that my notes are less B. I am a citizen the U.S. and Costa Rica. And as far as I understand that I am considered a minority. I have 30 hours of Community Service as a requirement for obtaining of high school. Not much of a sports player, but as physical challenges and I feel a little adrenaline. Never had problems with the law what ever. Is there a chance of VMI? Oh, and I have no medical problem as far as I know.

His GPA is too low when considered Hispanic. Perhaps a high score will get Sat "Hispanic" is as good as an increase of approximately 270 points of its score.
