Where is the best place to travel to Costa Rica?
My husband and I are planning a trip to Costa Rica and I find it quite daunting. Is not central mountains, in the South Pacific, North Pacific. He wants to dive and want to explore nature. None of us are in the dura are not the people 5 star hotel. Suggestions?
