I'm going to Costa Rica in January, when should I buy?
I'm from Minneapolis to San Jose, Costa Rica. I volunteered for 3 months. All the offers I found that if I stay good for two weeks or more. Is it possible to find cheap tickets if I stay so long? And now good time to buy or should I continue to wait? The exact dates are January 16 to April 9 with a little leeway at each end.
