Costa Rica Culture Food

Which Latin American country to choose a motto?
I go to a Latin American country for a year of foreign currency in their final year of high school. My options are Chile, Peru, Costa Rica and Paraguay. (Note: Additional scholarships are available for Paraguay a clear advantage) Please tell me that you prefer or rank them in order of preference. I am concerned about how I learned Spanish, simple / interesting / different the U.S. is the culture, the cost of living, the kind people, the acceptance (In culture) of women and gays / American / other minorities, and the food (very good) In short, tell me where do I choose and why. (Stories / personal experiences welcome!)
Hello, sorry, I've never been anywhere in Latin America, and personally I am trying to learn (which is how I found your question in reality.) But nobody said anything and I found things that seem to answer your questions, I thought that at least try. Take with a grain of salt though, as I am learning too. In addition, much of it comes from Wikipedia and Wikitravel (Google and Web sites) So if you want to see more, just go. As will learn Spanish, From what I read Chile is a bad place to learn – apparently between the teeth and drop late or something. It is supposed to be more difficult understand that in other countries. In contrast, Peru and Costa Rica dialects are expected to be very easy to learn. I can not comment on the Spanish Paraguay in this regard since I have not found anything about it yet. In fact, I can say that from what I read Spanish is not the only language spoken in Paraguay principal (the other is the Guarani), so it can be a bit lost in time – of course, you could learn something while you're Guarani also depends on how you want to see. From what I read, Paraguay and Peru appear to be very cheap, and Costa Rica, while a little more expensive than both, is still relatively cheap compared to the United States. Nothing found in Chile in this regard. The four countries appear to be relatively safe compared to some of its neighbors, but you probably want to take normal safety precautions in especially in large cities. So definitely be sure to check whether you need vaccinations before your departure, which seems to refer to throughout Latin America. I think it's hard for me to meet the unique / interesting country, or how the food is. Is a somewhat subjective, and I have not done enough research to give much information about the culture of each country. Although I suspect that each country has its own Charming. And was not there, it is difficult for me to say how easy it is people. Like tolerance, although I suspect that if you something hunting can find significant differences. Another aspect that could be taken into account in your decision is the time, including temperature, like Latin America can be a little warmer than the U.S. (but varies from place to place, especially at altitude). From your criteria, I'd probably look Peru, because what I understand, it seems to be a valuable crop (eg, the Inca heritage), is relatively cheap and a variant of Spanish that is easy to learn. But reality suggests a longer look at yourself before making a decision – perhaps check some guides in the library and read the country profiles (I prefer the introduction Lonely Planet for that) to begin to have an idea them. However, it is difficult to speak without having to go and see for yourself.
