How do I send my tax return?

Okiya, so heres the deal. I am a permanent resident of the United States, but I lived in Costa Rica from August 2006. Anyway, my father was meant for me to send my tax information in February, but of course it was not until 20 as of April or not. So I have not done my taxes on time, or asked extension. Then I tried to do through turbo tax, but has not let me put the question to) my father has said that a dependent and I'm not b) wouldnt accpet the country code for Costa Rica. Turbo Tax said it had sent forms, and here's the real question: Do I print anything I did on Turbo Tax and e-mail? Should I write a letter and what do I say? Where can I send it to? Money is not really a problem, or anything I should not own is a rather easy, I would say .. Please help!
