Costa Rica Black Beans Recipe

I recently went to Costa Rica and I can not find a recipe for mashed black beans. Anyone?

Costa Gallo Pinto (Beans and Rice Rica) I found this recipe on vacation in Costa Rica. He served throughout the country for breakfast. There is a sauce that put it, that's fine. He called Lizano. It is located in a grocery store in Latin America. * 16 ounce can black beans (boiled, either fresh, dried or canned are fine) * 10 sprigs cilantro Fresh (not dried) * 1 onion (finely chopped) * 1 cup red pepper (or yellow. Finely chopped) * 2 cups cooked rice (I like to mix white and brown rice together) * 1 / 2 * 2 tablespoons teaspoon salt tablespoons peanut oil (Or oil equivalent) * 1 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons green chili sauce (Lizano Marca. Optional but very good), sweet black beans are best, but if you do not find that you can use either dried or canned. The recipe is good in both directions. If you use dry, follow the instructions on the bag to soak and cook. If using fresh beans, then place it in the same pot, add water one inch above the beans, salt, and boil. Cover the pan with a lid and reduce heat and simmer until beans are tender (about three hours). Mince cilantro, onion and red pepper. Add 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet or wok. Add rice, cilantro, onion and pepper and sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and cook a few minutes until it absorbs the flavor of rice. Add beans, cook for a few minutes and add the cilantro and extinguish the fire. Enjoy.
