Caribbean vacation island Best?
My wife and I were in Aruba, Jamaica, Cancun and Costa Rica. We try to choose between something new or go back to Aruba. We are currently looking at San Martin, in their majority, but will consider alternative proposals. Things we love Aruba: direct, nonstop DC, is relatively safe – not you see the guys walk around with machine guns patrolled the borders of their hotel / compound, incredible restaurants and beaches of food, beautiful and diving, excellent bus system is economical and easy-so you do not need a car rental, casinos and nightclubs. We attend St. Martin because they also have direct flights from DC, but we will consider other destinations as well. Does anyone have an opinion on where we go? Yes We have been in the Mediterranean and would love to return, but the price is right just outrageous. Majorca is the destination of retirement dream!
San Martin is impressive. We were there in March and it was great. But you need a rental car, but it's worth. Our car rental, gas was under $ 240 for the whole week. San MartÃn things are a little. Best Buy is in Philipsburg. The nightlife, which does not begin until 23 hours until dawn, was in the field of Maho Bay. The best food is Grand Case, Marigot in the north and on the west coast. There are some great beaches around the island, the best is in the Eastern Bay. And there is little crime. And you do not have to worry about providing different currencies, U.S. dollars worldwide.
