Costa Rica gourmet coffee has always been the first choice for coffee lovers the world over. Therefore, it is clear that this place is the Hospitality one of the coffee industry's largest on this planet. Costa Rica is the witness of the production of high quality gourmet since 1779 and the Plateau Probably the central region to host the first production. Central Plateau has all the features this region ideal for coffee growth must be as soil texture or climatic conditions.
The country was already known for its sugar, tobacco, snuff and cocoa, but fame was soon conquered by the Costa Rican coffee.
