1. Stanley Park
Located just off the main downtown, this 1,000-acre park is one of the best in the world. Encompassing a variety of gardens, animals, activities and spectacular views of the ocean, Stanley Park has something for everyone. Visitors can enjoy a few hours quiet pitch and putt to play a few hours in Vancouver Aquarium, observe wildlife such as raccoons, beavers, ducks, swans and turtles in Lost Lagoon, smell the flowers Maria ad Grieg and Ted Stanley Park Pavilion Rose Rhododendron Garden cycling or travel 9 km seawall or on foot taking in magnificent views Ocean or tiny crabs digging and looking at the starfish

2. Campus of the University of British Columbia
This Vancouver is beautiful campus located at Point Grey, separated from the suburbs by the massive regional park of the Pacific Spirit. The UBC campus offers a variety of educational activities and beautiful – visit the famous Museum of Anthropology to learn about local Aboriginal art or venturing outdoors and enjoy the gardens and UBC Botanical Gardens Nitobe – one of the finest Japanese style gardens in North America. Another hidden gems can be found throughout the campus!

3. North Vancouver – Capilano RD.
From Capilano Suspension Bridge, this road leads directly Grouse Mountain, which dominates the west coast. Visitors can cross the bridge and swing check the dozens of activities, including the tops of trees adventure. Highest Capilano Regional Park with its ponds, trails and access to Cleveland Dam. Finally, Grouse Mountain, a four-season destination offers entertainment and animals in the warmer months and skiing in winter spectacular. Be sure to try the famous Grouse Grind Trail 2 km from the finish at the top of the mountain!

4. Sea to Sky Highway
One of the most beautiful stretches of road in British Columbia, Sea to Sky Highway, West Vancouver begins winding down Howe Sound overlooking the sea tickets, ferries and the mountains. There are many interesting stops along the scenic route – the BC Mining Museum offers visitors the opportunity to explore the old copper mine at Britannia Beach with tours gold panning, and the biggest truck on display in the region. Several provincial parks including Stawamus Chief and the third highest falls in Vancouver, Shannon Falls is a good picnic and hiking and a the best views in the region, Tantalus Viewpoint with views of mountain ranges covered with snow. This two-hour trip ends in Whistler.

5. Whistler
A destination for all seasons, Whistler is best known for its great ski terrain, beautiful mountains and the warm welcome. This ski resort is an attraction this year with access to the mountains for hiking, climbing, mountain biking – and in the winter months, skiing and snowboarding. Whistler Blackcomb are the two major attractions on over 1,800 acres of trails for visitors. The newest addition to the region, Pico 2 cable has the distinction of being the longest period without support in the world. With summer all around – enjoying the beautiful parks, wildlife viewing and enjoy panoramic views of the Cascade mountains of Whistler made a day trip for you!
